Privacy policy

How AirTalk.win handles browser guest sessions, conversations and service data.

Updated 23 October 2026. AirTalk.win is intended for people aged 18 and over.

Guest identity and access

Chat does not require an email, password or public signup. The service creates a random guest identifier and a session token. The token is stored in this browser so it can authenticate your requests. Sessions expire after 90 days. Clearing site storage or losing the session can lose access to guest connections; there is no public email or password recovery.

What is stored

The database stores guest identifiers, session records, mutual friend requests, accepted-conversation messages and read status, reports, and service connection events. A private inbox conversation is accessible only to its participants through authenticated requests. Existing records from the earlier account-based version are retained unless a data request is processed.

Voice and random text

Voice uses browser real-time media and may use a relay when a direct connection is not available. The service does not provide a voice-recording feature. Random text is relayed through the session service; transport buffers can retain recent messages, so leaving a chat is not a promise of immediate deletion from every technical component. Another participant may independently record or copy what you share.

Friend requests and invite links

A friend request needs the recipient’s acceptance before an inbox conversation is created. An invite link contains a guest identifier, not a session token. Anyone who receives that link may send a request, but the link does not authorize reading messages. Do not share your session token.

Infrastructure and analytics

Cloudflare provides hosting, transport and related infrastructure and processes network requests. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are configured on public informational/tool pages. The call card is masked for Clarity, and our new guest inbox pages omit those analytics scripts. Browser and network details may still be processed by these providers. Blocking analytics does not intentionally block chat.

Advertising and payments

No advertising network or payment checkout is enabled in this version. Voice, text and guest connections are free. This notice must be updated before a future advertising integration changes data handling.

Retention, choices and requests

Session expiry does not automatically mean every associated database row is deleted. Stored inbox messages, reports and operational data may remain for service and moderation purposes. You can stop using the service, clear local site storage or contact us about access/deletion. If you request help with a guest identity, include only the information necessary to identify it; never send a session token or password by email.
