Terms of service

Rules for free, guest-based voice and text conversations on AirTalk.win.

Updated 23 October 2026. You must be 18 or older to use this service. By choosing to start a conversation, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Free guest access

No public signup, subscription or payment is required. Guest access depends on a valid session in this browser. Clearing browser storage, changing devices or session expiry can lose access. We do not promise cross-device recovery or continued access to a particular guest identity.

How to behave

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit or stalk another person.
• Do not share illegal material, sexual content involving minors, scams, spam, passwords or payment requests.
• Do not record or publish another person’s voice without their knowledge and consent.
• Do not attempt to evade moderation, discover private session tokens, or overload or attack the service.

Consent and controls

You can cancel a search, end a conversation or report harmful behavior. Friend requests must be accepted before a private inbox conversation is created. A guest identifier or invite link does not establish a person’s real identity.

Availability and enforcement

Matching depends on another person waiting in the same mode. We do not guarantee instant matches, uninterrupted calls or recovery of a previous stranger after a disconnect. We may suspend sessions or identities for misuse and retain relevant reports and operational records for moderation. Serious matters may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Your safety and content

Other participants are responsible for what they say and may copy or record a conversation. Keep sensitive details private. You remain responsible for your own content and device. No video feature or native app installation is required by this service.
