Waiting for a match or stuck connecting?

Choose the problem you are seeing. A quiet queue and an audio connection problem need different steps.

1. Searching means you are waiting for another person in the same mode. It does not mean an audio connection has failed.
2. Connecting means a match was found and the browsers are setting up a session. Keep both tabs open and check your internet connection.
3. Cancel leaves the queue. End call leaves a conversation. If a connection is lost, start a new search; the previous person is not automatically recovered.
4. Try a normal browser tab and another network if a work network or extension blocks connections. Text is available when you cannot use a microphone.
