Microphone and audio help

Choose the problem you are seeing. A quiet queue and an audio connection problem need different steps.

  1. Choose voice and allow microphone access in the browser permission prompt. AirTalk does not request your camera.
  2. If access was denied, open this site’s permissions near the address bar and allow the microphone. Check the device’s browser microphone permission too.
  3. Check your headset, audio output and mute button. If another app is using the microphone, close it and try again. Keep the browser open during a call.
  4. If you prefer not to grant access, choose text chat. Text needs neither a microphone nor a camera.
